If your print arrives damaged, We will  a refund money.

Are there any conditions where a refund might not be given. If there is one rip damage on the edges or water stain.

How do you determine if a print qualifies for a refund or replacement when we receive the print back from our collectors if the print is still in high quality standard. In great condition.

Do I need to return the damaged print to receive my refund?  Yes.

How long does the refund process usually take? Up to 24 hours.

Is there a time limit within which I need to report damage or request a return? Yes you have 72 hours from the first day you receive your product.

What happens if the damage is minor—do you still offer refunds. Yes we do in that case. Please feel free to contact us our product quality control department is on stand by for any issues.
